In this Advanced Diploma course, you will learn to master the technical skills in culinary and nutritional practices involving aspects of nutrition research and the development of culinary products. You will also develop an in depth understanding on the concepts of culinary knowledge during practical training at a professional level. You will develop the passion to manage food, beverage and kitchen operations as a whole. You will be equipped with the skills to conduct research and development in culinary arts, to train and supervise subordinates in food production as well as to practice and enforce professional safety, sanitation and food hygiene control.
