The MBA in Project Management is to train professionals with systemic vision who are able to perform in both public or private organizations in any branch of economic activity, using techniques, technological tools and best market practices, based on the knowledge and encompassing steps of initiation, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects. The program would also encourage entrepreneurship so that new infrastructure businesses are developed within the country in order to contribute to the country’s development and economic prosperity. This program provides the foundation of a master’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis on leadership and problem-solving. In a rapidly globalizing economy, there is an increased call for the skills needed to successfully create and implement a business plan in real time.
