The Diploma in Creative New Media Technology is a convergence of art, design, and technology to provide graduates with related broad-based knowledge, advanced skills, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, visual expression and communication to contribute towards the creative economy within the contemporary design, media, and communications industries.
The approach to this programme is both conceptual and practical. The main aim is to provide well-rounded creative leadership to students in order to enable them to handle issues of the converging media as visionary professionals who possess the required know-how and professionalism in giving the breadth and depth to every challenge they encounter while infusing aesthetics and the latest technology.
With a strong industry focus, the program is designed for students who are interested in applying their creativity towards communicating ideas and concepts in both print and digital media. The program includes extensive hands-on training in industry-standard software and tools which allow students to present their solutions in a variety of formats.
