This programme provides you with deeper knowledge on Occupational Safety and Health in an effort to protect workers from hazards at the workplace. You will explore a variety of subjects related to this field such as safety & health regulations, construction safety, industrial hygiene, OSH risk management, emergency response plan and accident investigation among others. The programme will provide you with a range of theoretical and practical skills to enable you to practice across a range of industries and environments. You will learn the responsibilities of outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards, carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented and making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with legislations.
