| Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) | A pass in STPM or its equivalent, with a minimum Grade C+ (GP 2.33) in any 2 subjects, and Pass SPM with Credits in Mathematics at SPM level. |
| STAM | Pass STAM with a minimum grade of Jayyid (taken within 2 years prior to application); and Credit in Mathematics in SPM Level |
| A- Level | Pass A-Level with Gred C in 2 subjects. |
| Matriculation | A pass in Matriculation qualification or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and Pass SPM with Credits in Mathematics at SPM level. |

| Diploma Vocational Malaysia (DVM) | Pass DVM in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 AND Pass Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) / An Academic Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.33 or higher/ A Vocational CGPA of 3.67 or higher and competent in all vocational modules/ A credit in Bahasa Melayu (SVM 1104)/ **Cohort 2013 onwards also need to get an exemption from obtaining a passing grade for Sejarah at SPM level. |
