This Bachelor’s program offered by the Department of Management and Human Resources under the College of Business Management and Accounting is tailored specifically for students that are interested to pursue their careers in the new global setting of international businesses. This program is also designed to provide the students with the business and management skills, language competence and cultural awareness required for success in such an international business environment. Also, the degree offers an exciting mix of business and management subjects, plus the study of a language, compulsory for the first year and optional thereafter. With an extra language with the mixture of management skills, graduates will be able to secure good prospects in the labor market also will have the option to pursue a higher degree.

| Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) | Pass STPM/equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.00 or grade C for two (2) subjects and Pass Mathematics and Bahasa Inggeris at SPM Level. |
| STAM | Pass STAM with a minimum grade of Jayyid (taken within 2 years prior to application) and Credit in Bahasa Melayu, Pass Mathematics and Bahasa Inggeris at SPM Level. |

| Matriculation | Pass Ministry of Education (MOE) Matriculation programme with minimum CGPA of 2.00. |

| Diploma Vocational Malaysia (DVM) | Pass DVM in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 AND Pass Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) / An Academic Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.33 or higher/ A Vocational CGPA of 3.67 or higher and competent in all vocational modules/ A credit in Bahasa Melayu (SVM 1104)/ **Cohort 2013 onwards also need to get an exemption from obtaining a passing grade for Sejarah at SPM level. |
| UEC (Unified Examination Certificate) | Pass UEC with a minimum of grade B in 5 subjects. |
