Description

A two year program, which covers Medical Science courses (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and Dental Courses (Professional Development and IT, Oral Biology, Society and Health, Preventive Dentistry, Dental Public Health, Dental Materials and Dental Technology). The latter is designed to help the students learn about the technical aspects of the dental program. Assessments take place in every semester along with yearly professional examinations.

Entry Requirement

  • Minimum Grade B4s each in 5 subjects including Biology and Chemistry and Physics and Advanced Mathematics I / Mathematics or Advanced Mathematics II / Advanced Mathematics

  • CGPA of 3.0 in 3 subjects including Biology, Chemistry Physics or Mathematics and minimum CGPA of 3.0

  • Successful completion of a relevant Foundation / Pre-University Programme with minimum CGPA 3.0, but preferably CGPA of 3.0 in 3 subjects including Biology, Chemistry Physics or Mathematics AND
  • Pass SPM with minimum of 5Bs each in Biology and Chemistry and two from Mathemics or Additional Mathematics or Physics, and one other subject

  • Successful completion of a relevant Diploma programme or a Diploma in Health Sciences with minimum CGPA of 3.00 including credit at SPM/O-level

  • Overall 33 points in 2 science subjects (Biology and Chemistry) and Mathematics and minimum score of 5 each in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics

  • Successful completion of a relevant Bachelor Degree programme in Medical/Science/Humanities with a minimum CGPA 3.00 or its equivalent

  • Successful completion of a relevant Master Degree programme

  • IELTS: 6.0
  • TOEFL: 550

  • Pass Aptitude Test, Interview or University Entrance Examination
