Minimum Grade C (CGPA 2.0) in any two subjects
Pass STAM with minimum Grade Jayyid

Minimum CGPA of 2.00

Successful completion of a relevant Foundation with minimum CGPA 2.00

Successful completion of a relevant Diploma or Advanced Diploma or DKM/DVM/DLKM programme with minimum CGPA 2.00
