The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Professions Education at International Medical University (IMU) is a research-based doctoral programme designed to develop scholars and leaders in the field of health professions education. Entry Requirement

  • Successful completion of a Master’s Degree in Health Profession Education, Medical Education, or related fields, as accepted by the HEP Senate. Candidates with other qualifications equivalent to a Master’s Degree recognised by the Government of Malaysia may also be considered. Candidates without a related qualification or relevant working experience in health professions education must complete appropriate prerequisite courses as determined by the HEP.
