Description

The Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management at International Medical University (IMU) is an advanced postgraduate programme designed for healthcare professionals and managers who aspire to lead and transform healthcare organisations. This MBA blends core business disciplines—including strategic management, finance, marketing, human resources, and operations—with specialised healthcare management topics such as health systems leadership, quality improvement, health policy, and healthcare economics. Through case studies, industry projects, and real‑world applications, students develop practical skills in decision‑making, strategic planning, and organisational leadership that are specific to the healthcare sector. The programme emphasises ethical leadership, innovation, and evidence‑based management, preparing graduates to tackle complex challenges in hospitals, health services, government agencies, and private healthcare organisations. Graduates are equipped to assume senior leadership roles, drive organisational performance, and contribute to improvements in healthcare delivery and policy both locally and globally.
