The Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology at International Medical University (IMU) is a three‑year undergraduate programme designed to deepen students’ understanding of human behaviour, cognition, and mental processes through a blend of academic theory and real‑world application. Students build a solid foundation in core psychological principles, research methods, and ethical practice while developing critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills. The programme includes experiential learning opportunities, such as industrial exposure and hands‑on training at the IMU Psychology and Learning Centre, where students gain practical experience under the guidance of qualified professionals. IMU’s psychology curriculum is benchmarked to international standards, preparing graduates for diverse career pathways in healthcare, education, organisational settings, social services, and counselling, or for further postgraduate study and specialisation in psychology.
