The Bachelor in Digital Health (Hons) at International Medical University (IMU) is a forward‑looking three‑year undergraduate programme designed to prepare students for the rapidly evolving intersection of healthcare and technology. This pioneering degree blends digital health principles, information and communication technologies (ICT), data analytics, and health sciences, giving students the skills to design, implement and manage digital solutions that enhance patient care and improve healthcare delivery. The curriculum incorporates project‑based learning and coursework delivered by a multidisciplinary team of experts from both computing and health sciences, ensuring strong theoretical grounding and practical readiness. IMU’s Digital Health programme is open to students from diverse backgrounds, equipping them with the competencies to succeed in roles such as health data analyst, digital health consultant, healthcare AI specialist, and health informatics professional in hospitals, technology firms, research institutions and beyond. Entry Requirement

  • Minimum credit (CC) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent.

  • Minimum of CDD, with a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 credits (5Bs) including Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent

  • Successful completion of IMU Foundation in Science, Foundation in Arts, or equivalent, with an overall CGPA of 2.00, and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent.

  • Successful completion of a Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent (may be exempted if the same result is achieved at Pre-University level). Candidates with any other Diploma in Science, Technology, or Business Studies with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 may also be admitted, subject to a rigorous internal assessment process and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent.

  • Minimum ATAR 60 and Credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent

  • Minimum 24 points and Credit in Mathematics in SPM or its equivalent

  • Successful completion of a relevant Bachelor Degree programme with CGPA 2.00 and a credit in Mathematics in SPM or its equivalent
