Description

The Diploma in Nursing at International Medical College (IMC), a sister institution of International Medical University (IMU), is a 3‑year full‑time professional programme designed to prepare students for a rewarding career as competent, compassionate, and ethical nurses. The curriculum combines theoretical foundations with extensive hands‑on clinical practice, enabling students to develop essential nursing knowledge, clinical skills, and professional attitudes required in diverse healthcare settings. Students benefit from clinical placements at renowned healthcare facilities, including the Pantai‑Gleneagles Group of Hospitals, government hospitals, and healthcare centres, providing invaluable real‑world experience. Graduates consistently achieve strong outcomes, including a 100% pass rate in the Malaysian Nursing Board licensure examinations, and enjoy opportunities for employment within Malaysia and Singapore through hospital networks associated with the programme. The programme also opens pathways for further study, including progression to a Bachelor of Nursing Science after relevant work experience. Entry requirements typically include strong SPM results and physical fitness certification.
