The BBA (Hons.) Marketing Management at MMU is a three-year, full-time degree designed to give students a strong grounding in business fundamentals while building specialized expertise in marketing and consumer behaviour. The programme combines core business courses — such as accounting, finance, management, economics, organizational behaviour and quantitative analysis — with specialised marketing modules covering topics like strategic marketing, consumer behaviour, promotional marketing, retailing, services marketing, marketing research, digital/international marketing, and brand & product management. Students also develop essential soft skills including strategic thinking, communication, public speaking, data-driven decision making, and creativity. Through a mix of academic training, market analysis projects, industrial training, and real-world marketing scenarios, graduates are prepared for careers as marketing executives, brand managers, market researchers, digital marketers, product developers, sales managers or customer-relations professionals — equipped with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the dynamic business environment.

Entry Requirement

  • Minimum grade C (CGPA 2.00) in any two STPM subjects or its equivalent, with a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level or equivalent.

  • Minimum of Grade D in any two A-Level subjects, with a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 credits (5Bs) including English OR a minimum of Grade C in SPM/O-Level English or equivalent

  • Minimum CGPA of 2.00 in Foundation or Matriculation studies from a recognised institution.

  • Successful completion of Foundation or Matriculation studies from a recognised institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.03

  • Successful completion of any qualification equivalent to a Diploma or Advanced Diploma (Level 4 or 5, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00.
