Description

In Year 1, students explore core disciplines such as Culinary Operations, Foodservice, and Hotel Accommodation. Year 2 deepens their industry knowledge through key modules like Revenue Management and F&B Management, as well as a 10-week internship. Students may then specialise in one of three career-driven streams: Luxury & Prestige, Immersive Event Design, or AI & Digital Solutions, focusing respectively on luxury brand services, experiential events, or digital hospitality transformation. In Year 3, students complete courses in Strategic Management and finish with a capstone Research Project.

Entry Requirement

  • Minimum average Grade C or CGPA 2.00, including at least two principal passes.

  • Minimum of 8 points with a minimum Grade D in at least two subjects.

  • Minimum 5 credits (5Bs)

  • Successful completion of Sunway Foundation in Arts with a minimum CGPA of 2.0
  • or Sunway Foundation in Science Technology with a minimum CGPA of 2.0.

  • Successful completion of a relevant Diploma programme with minimum CAVG 40% or CGPA 2.0.

  • Minimum average of 55% in 6 subjects.

  • Minimum ATAR 55

  • Minimum of 24 points in six subjects (excluding bonus points)
