Throughout this Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Culinology programme, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your research and development (R&D) skills, master kitchen practices, and gain real-life experience through our internship programme. Entry Requirement

  • Minimum grade C (CGPA 2.0) in any subjects

  • Minimum of DD in any subject

  • Minimum 5 credits (5Bs)

  • Minimum CGPA 2.00

  • Successful completion of a relevant Foundation / Pre-U programme with min CGPA 2.00

  • Successful completion of a relevant Diploma programme with min CGPA 2.00

  • Minimum average of 50% in 6 subjects

  • Min. ATAR 60

  • Minimum 24 points and above in 6 subjects

  • Overall 50%

  • DKM/DKLM/DVM: Pass with a minimum CGPA 2.50 subject to Senate approval of the relevant institutions OR Graduated with a minimum CGPA 2.00 with a minimum of two (2) years of work experience in the related field
