Our Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sustainable Digital Construction Management programme responds directly to the growing demand for future-ready skilled construction managers in Malaysia and globally. One of the few programmes of its kind in the region, it attracts high-calibre students who want to be part of a new era in construction. The programme addresses sustainability challenges in the construction industry, with an emphasis on Smart and Green Construction practices. Our comprehensive curriculum leverages a Work-based Learning track featuring a year-long industry placement, bridging academic learning with hands-on experience. Aligning with the government's strategic plan, Construction 4.0, the programme incorporates Building Information Modeling (BIM), preparing you to support the national goal of BIM adoption across 80% of construction projects by 2025.

Entry Requirement

  • Minimum grade C (CGPA 2.0) in any subjects with credit in Mathematics or Mathematics equivalent to SPM and a pass in English at SPM level or English equivalent to SPM

  • Minimum of DD in any subject

  • Pass in UEC with Min. 5Bs including Science or Mathematics

  • Successful completion of a relevant Foundation / Pre-U programme with CGPA 2.00

  • Successful completion of a relevant Diploma programme with CGPA 2.00

  • Min. average of 65% in 6 subjects

  • Minimum ATAR 65

  • Minimum 24 points and above based on 6 subjects
