Diploma in Cinematography is a programme that brings students on a journey to discover the art of storytelling through the craft of lighting and camera technology. Adopting a practical and theoretical approach, students will develop the competence of a professional cinematographer comfortable with the latest equipment, while seeking to advance the art form of Cinema.; The programme goes beyond the cinematographer’s camera to explore the integral peripheral equipment used in the entire cinematography department. The practical stages of pre-production, production and post-production are covered, while the theory of image-making is investigated through film screenings, analysis and discussions.
