Description

The Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Lincoln University College is a five-year programme that begins with two years of foundational studies in basic medical sciences, followed by three years of clinical training. The curriculum emphasises early clinical exposure, problem-based and case-based learning, and continuous integration of basic sciences throughout the clinical phase. Students are trained to develop strong medical knowledge, practical clinical skills, and professional ethics. Upon completion, graduates are prepared for careers in community health, hospital practice, medical research, or further specialisation.

Entry Requirement

  • Pass with minimum 5 grade B including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and one other subject and credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Pass with minimum 5 grade B including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and one other subject and credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Minimum grades BBB, ABC, or AAC in three A-Level subjects: Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics, or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum grades BBB, ABC, or AAC in three A-Level subjects or equivalent: Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics.

  • Minimum 4 credits (4Bs) in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Additional Mathematics.

  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00 in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics, with at least 1 year of study
  • SPM/O-Level requirement: five grade Bs in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and one other subject.”

  • Successful completion of at least 1 year of study with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics
  • and SPM / O-Level with at least five subjects with grade B including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and one other subject

  • Successful completion of a Degree in Health Sciences or Pure/Applied Sciences with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 for entry into the 5-year MD programme
  • OR a Diploma in Health Sciences (≥ 2.5 years) with a minimum CGPA of 3.50, including required credits in Science and English at SPM/O-Level or equivalent.
