Description

The Bachelor of Information Technology programme at Lincoln University College prepares students to earn a living by solving, supporting, troubleshooting, and designing everything from web sites to applications to programming networks in a variety of organisations ranging from business and government to schools, healthcare, and more. Based on their interests and professional ambitions, students can focus on network administration and security or mobile and web application development in the programme. Students will obtain a synthesis of theoretical and practical knowledge that will allow them to impact an organization’s IT infrastructure as well as the clients that utilise it.

Entry Requirement

Minimum Grade C (CGPA 2.0) in any two STPM subjects or equivalent, with credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent.

Minimum grade C in any two A-Level subjects or equivalent, with credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent.

Minimum 5 credits (5Bs) including Mathematics and English

Minimum CGPA of 2.0 in Matriculation or Foundation programme recognized by the Malaysian Government, with credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent.

Successful completion of the Matriculation Programme or Foundation of PPT recognized by the Malaysian Government with a minimum CGPA of 2.0, including credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent

Successful completion of a relevant Diploma programme (Level 4, MQF) in Computing or related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50
or a CGPA between 2.00 and 2.49 may be considered subject to a rigorous internal assessment
or a Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in a non-Computing field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and credit in Mathematics at SPM level.

Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
