Description

The objective of the curriculum of Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) (Internet Technology and Cloud Computing) is to give students a firm understanding of the idea and guiding principles of Internet engineering and cloud computing. The knowledge and abilities needed to plan, build, implement, manage, and maintain computer networking for the cloud and the Internet, as well as their security, will be provided to the students. Graduates of this program possess in-depth knowledge and abilities necessary for employment as professionals in the fields of computer networking, web development, mobile development, and IOT applications.

Entry Requirement

Minimum Grade C (CGPA 2.0) in any two STPM subjects or equivalent, with credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent.

Minimum grade C in any two A-Level subjects or equivalent, with credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent.

Minimum grade B in five UEC subjects including Mathematics and English, or a Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in Computing or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.5
candidates with CGPA between 2.0 and 2.5 may be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment
or a Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in a non-Computing field with minimum CGPA 2.5 and credit in Mathematics at SPM level.

Minimum CGPA of 2.0 in Matriculation or Foundation programme recognized by the Malaysian Government, with credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent.

Successful completion of the Matriculation Programme or a recognized Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 2.0, including credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent

Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
