The Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) major in Software Development at INTI International University is designed to cultivate graduates who are technically proficient and industry-ready in the design, development and deployment of modern software systems. The programme introduces students to key computer science foundations—such as programming, data structures & algorithms, operating systems, database systems, and system analysis & design—before allowing them to specialise in software development from Year 2 onwards.; A strong emphasis on practical, hands-on learning ensures that around half of the curriculum is oriented towards real-world application, including labs, industry projects and a compulsory internship with organisations like Intel, Sony and CSC Malaysia.Electives and specialisation modules may include courses such as Software Testing, Web Application Development, Concurrent & Real-Time Systems, Machine Learning, and Software Quality, equipping students with the ability to build, evaluate and maintain robust software solutions.
