The Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) major in Business Analytics at INTI International University offers students a dynamic blend of computing fundamentals and business-data insight skills. The programme is designed to introduce the core concepts and technologies of computing—including programming, databases, system and software design—while emphasising the growing discipline of business analytics.; With a curriculum that features modules such as Data Mining & Predictive Analytics, Big Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Multidimensional Modelling, students develop the ability to transform raw data into meaningful business strategies and actionable insights.They are equipped to model and analyse relationships—such as the impact of advertising on sales or how historical data might predict stock returns—preparing them for the “economy of tomorrow”.;In addition to technical knowledge, the programme enhances career readiness through industry-integrated learning: students have access to visiting professors, industry professionals, guest lectures and internship opportunities with established companies.Upon successful completion, graduates receive the Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) award from INTI International University (and in some cases a UK award in collaboration) and leave well-positioned for roles such as business analytics strategy consultant, business intelligence and performance management consultant, advanced analytics consultant or enterprise information management consultant.

Entry Requirement

  • Minimum Grade C (CGPA 2.0) in Mathematics and one Science/ICT subject at STPM level / Grade C (CGPA 2.0) in any two subjects with SPM credit in Additional Mathematics, or in Mathematics and one Science/Technology/Engineering subject.

  • Minimum of 2 Grade D and credit in below subject(s) in SPM or equivalent with Additional Mathematics or Mathematics and 1 of the Science, Technology or Engineering subject.

  • Minimum 5 credits (5Bs) including Additional Mathematics or Mathematics and 1 of the Science, Technology or Engineering subject

  • Minimum CGPA 2.00 in Foundation studies and credit in Additional Mathematics, or credit in Mathematics and one Science, Technology, or Engineering subject at SPM level.

  • Successful completion of a Diploma in Computing (Level 4, MQF) or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA 2.5
  • For Other Any Diploma in Science and Technology (Level 4, MQF) with a minimum CGPA 2.75

  • 5 passes with an average of 55 (not less than 50 marks for each subject including credit in Mathematics at SPM level and Additional Mathematics in SPM or equivalent)
