The Bachelor (Honours) in Finance programme aims to train multi-talented Banking & Finance graduates by providing strong grounding in a diverse range of subjects comprising Accounting, Banking, Fintech, Investment, and Quantitative Methods to meet today’s industry demands. This also includes specialized training and skill development in long-term national priority areas; an intensive two-semester applied project in addition to an internship with securities firms. Students will also be well-prepared to transition into higher-level professional qualifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and the Chartered Banker (CB) offered by the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers.

Entry Requirement

Minimum average Grade C+ (CGPA 2.33) with at least two principal passes.

Minimum of BC/CDD with at least 14 points, calculated from the grades of 2 or 3 subjects

Successful completion of Sunway Foundation in Arts with a minimum CGPA of 2.5
Sunway Foundation in Science and Technology with a minimum CGPA of 2.5.

Successful completion of a relevant Diploma programme with a minimum CAVG of 55%. Students may be eligible for advanced standing if credit transfer requirements are fulfilled.

Minimum average of 60% in 6 subjects.

Minimum ATAR 60

Minimum of 27 points in six subjects (excluding bonus points)
