The Bachelor of Science (Honours) Food Science with Nutrition programme provides students with comprehensive knowledge in food science, nutrition, innovation and food safety. The programme explores food production, nutritional value, product development, sensory science and sustainable food practices while equipping students with practical skills through hands-on training and modern laboratory facilities.
