The Bachelor of Science (Honours) Nutrition with Wellness programme combines scientific knowledge with health and wellness principles, preparing students to support individuals and communities in achieving healthier and more balanced lifestyles. The programme covers areas such as food science, metabolism, lifestyle interventions, wellness coaching and disease prevention, while developing students’ ability to assess dietary needs and design personalised nutrition plans. Students also strengthen their communication and entrepreneurial skills, preparing them for opportunities in areas such as health policy, wellness businesses and evidence-based nutrition services. The programme equips graduates with the knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to the growing health and wellness industry
