The Foundation in Science (Applied Sciences) programme provides students with a strong foundation in science and mathematics within the STEM field, preparing them for further studies in the rapidly evolving field of applied sciences. With an interdisciplinary and comprehensive curriculum, the programme strengthens students’ understanding of core scientific disciplines and supports a smooth transition into degree programmes such as Biotechnology, Food Science and Nutrition, or Aquatic Science. Students benefit from varied learning experiences, including laboratory work, field activities and industrial visits, supported by modern facilities, resources and guidance from experienced academics and industry professionals.
