The Foundation in Arts (Actuarial Science/Built Environment) programme provides students with a strong and well-rounded pathway towards degree studies in Actuarial Science or Built Environment disciplines. Students develop essential academic skills in mathematics, statistics, basic computing and interdisciplinary fundamentals, together with subjects relevant to their chosen field. Guided by experienced academics and industry professionals, the programme enhances students’ critical thinking, problem-solving and effective study skills through innovative learning approaches. Supported by strong industry partnerships, students also gain early exposure through community or industry-based projects, mentorship and professional engagement. The foundation prepares students for a smooth transition into degree programmes such as Actuarial Science, Architecture, Interior Architecture and Quantity Surveying
