Description

The Master of Arts in Creative Arts and Media provides students with the opportunity to engage in interdisciplinary research that expands knowledge within fields related to the School of Arts. The programme supports both artistic and academic development, allowing students to refine their work through creative practice or scholarly inquiry. It welcomes a wide range of research approaches, including historical, theoretical, and philosophical perspectives, as well as analytical and interpretative studies of creative arts and media practices. Through this broad academic framework, the programme encourages students to contribute meaningful insights to the evolving landscape of the creative industries.

Entry Requirement

  • Successful completion of a relevant Bachelor’s degree programme with minimum CGPA of 2.75
  • candidates with CGPA 2.50–2.75 may be accepted subject to internal assessment
  • candidates with CGPA below 2.50 may be accepted if they have a minimum of five years’ relevant work experience.

  • Interview: Candidates are to pass an interview conducted by a panel from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. This is to assess the candidate’s communication abilities and interest in research.
