This Master of Biotechnological Innovations and Application programme is designed to meet industrial demands by nurturing creative approaches in biotechnology research among students which will prepare them to adopt and apply current practices in the industry in innovative ways. This programme deepens the understanding of fundamental and applied concepts of specific f ields in biotechnology such as agricultural biotechnology, industrial biotechnology, medical biotechnology, and bioinformatics. This is a research-based programme suitable for anyone interested in pursuing a Master’s Degree. It is f lexible and open to all eligible graduates and working adults.

Entry Requirement

  • Successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) in Biotechnology or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75
  • /A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) in Biotechnology or a related field with a CGPA between 2.50 and 2.74 may be accepted subject to a rigorous internal assessment
  • / A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) in Biotechnology or a related field with a CGPA below 2.50 may be accepted with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience.
