Successful completion of Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50
Successful completion of Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution with minimum 2 years clinical working experience (Credit transfer allowed)
Successful completion of Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution without 2 years clinical working experience (Credit transfer not allowed)

and credit in Bahasa Melayu and Mathematics (Elementary, Additional or Modern) at SPM or equivalent
International candidates: Applicants with STPM, A-Level, Foundation or Diploma (except Diploma in Nursing) must have minimum Grade C in 1 Science subject including General Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Applied Science
and credit in Bahasa Melayu and Mathematics (Elementary, Additional or Modern) at SPM or equivalent
International Diploma in Nursing holders must be registered with the Nursing Council of their country of origin, have minimum 2 years clinical working experience and pass the Nursing Board examination by MNB before enrolment
All candidates must be medically fit and free from serious physical or mental illness, serious communicable diseases, physical disabilities or mental disorders that may hinder nursing practice
