Minimum CGPA of 3.00 in AIMST Foundation in Science, Foundation in Sciences or Pre-Medical courses (minimum 1 year in the same institution) in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics

Successful completion of Diploma in Health Science (minimum 2½ years or 5 semesters in the same institution) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
Minimum 2 Grade Bs in Biology, Chemistry or Physics
and 3 credits in English, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and 1 other subject at School Certificate level

Minimum average of 80% in any 3 subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics

Minimum aggregate or average of 80% in any 3 subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics, or minimum ATAR of 80 with Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics

Malaysian candidates: MUET : Band 4
International candidates: IELTS : 6.0
TOEFL PBT : 550 or equivalent

Pass with Grade B in 5 subjects at SPM/O-Level including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and 1 other subject
Malaysian applicants seeking employment in the public sector must attain credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English
