Description

Through a blend of academic study and hands-on training, students develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, preparing SEGi graduates to excel in the hospitality industry. The programme covers core areas such as food fundamentals, hygiene, basic accounting, and restaurant service management. Students also gain work-based learning experience at Resorts World Genting, where they are exposed to real operations in front office, housekeeping, customer service, and food production. Additional training in restaurant service and pastry preparation, along with an internship, provides valuable industry exposure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
