The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Resource Management (People Analytics) is an undergraduate programme designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge of human resource management alongside analytical skills required to make data-driven workforce decisions in modern organisations. The programme integrates core HR disciplines with emerging analytics capabilities, covering key areas such as talent management, organisational behaviour, recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and people analytics. Through a combination of theoretical learning and practical application, students develop critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to interpret workforce data to support strategic decision-making. Through case studies, industry-based projects, and practical exposure, students gain insights into real-world HR practices and the use of analytics in managing human capital effectively. Entry Requirement

  • Minimum grade C (CGPA 2.00) in two subjects at STPM level and a pass in English and Mathematics at SPM Level or its equivalent

  • Minimum of CC/DD in any two subjects at A-Level, with a pass in English and Mathematics at SPM/O-Level/IGCSE level or its equivalent

  • Minimum 5 credits (Grade B) with a pass in Mathematics and English at UEC level or its equivalent

  • Successful completion of a relevant Foundation programme with CGPA 2.00

  • Minimum CGPA of 2.00

  • Successful completion of a relevant APU Diploma programme

  • Successful completion of studies in another recognised institute with academic credits equivalent to Level 1 of an Honours Degree
