The Computer Science Foundation Year is designed to enhance students understanding of the mathematical concepts that underpin computer science, while also developing their problem-solving skills in engineering and computing. This one-year full-time course is integrated with a further three-year BSc degree and helps build a strong foundation in core computer science disciplines. Successful completion of the Foundation Year guarantees progression to a computer science degree at the University of Southampton Malaysia.

Entry Requirement

Pass with minimum of 2As including Maths and 1 science subject, 3Bs including Additional Mathematics. (excluding Moral/Religious studies)

(Language Pathway) IELTS: 5.5, UEC: English B3
