Diploma in Culinary Arts provides sufficient culinary background required to enter the food service industry at entry-to-mid-level positions and to advance to variety of related positions. The modules are designed in a way that students have practical and theoretical training in all areas of food production.

Students will master Asian and European cooking methods, principles of design in food production, nutrition planning as well as management and leadership skills by the end of the programme.
