The Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Architecture programme focuses on architectural design, innovation, technology and environmental sustainability, equipping students with unconventional problem‑solving skills and technical expertise for local and global architectural careers. Rooted in practical and sustainable practices, the curriculum is accredited by the Board of Architects, Malaysia, the Malaysian Qualifications Agency and the Ministry of Higher Education, with guidance from experienced faculty and industry professionals. Covering architectural communication, design studios, building materials and environmental science, the programme prepares graduates for careers including Assistant Architect, CAD Operator, Construction Supervisor, 3D Visualizer and Creative Designer.

Entry Requirement

Pass with a minimum GP 2.0 in at least 2 subjects, and obtain credit in Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics at SPM.

Pass in at least 2 subjects, with credit in Mathematics at SPM or equivalent.

Pass with at least Grade B in 5 subjects.

Pass with minimum CGPA of 2.50, including credit in Mathematics at SPM or equivalent.

Foundation in Science – SEGi, OR Foundation in a relevant field from an IHL recognised by the Malaysian Government, with credit in Mathematics at SPM.

Diploma in a related field from a recognised Higher Education Provider in Malaysia: Minimum CGPA 2.00, including credit in Mathematics at SPM or equivalent.

Pass with at least 60 marks in 2 subjects, including credit in Mathematics at SPM or equivalent.

Pass with at least 24 points, including credit in Mathematics at SPM or equivalent.

Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
Pass in Art or Technical Drawing subject at SPM or equivalent, OR Pass in a portfolio assessment/interview for those who did not take or did not pass the Art subject.
