Description

The Master in Islamic Finance programme at the University of Cyberjaya (UoC) is designed to equip professionals with comprehensive knowledge and practical competencies required to meet the evolving demands of the global Islamic finance industry. The programme covers core areas of Islamic financial principles and practices, integrating interdisciplinary learning with emerging areas such as Islamic Fintech, while strengthening essential professional skills including teamwork, communication, critical analysis, and innovative problem-solving. Through a balance of theoretical foundations and applied learning, students develop managerial capabilities and leadership qualities necessary for roles in Islamic financial and non-financial institutions. Entry Requirement

  • Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 are eligible for admission. Candidates with a related degree and a CGPA between 2.00 and 2.49 may also be considered subject to a rigorous internal assessment. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 may be accepted with relevant working experience, also subject to internal assessment, while those without relevant working experience must pass the required pre-requisite courses for admission.

  • Other equivalent/related qualifications to a Bachelor’s degree as recognized by the Malaysian Government, acceptable to the University.
