Description

The Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) programme at the University of Cyberjaya (UoC) is a comprehensive four years programme designed to equip students with the theoretical knowledge, clinical competencies, and practical skills required to become professional physiotherapists in diverse healthcare environments. The programme covers essential areas such as kinesiology, exercise therapy, musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation, as well as specialised practice in geriatrics, paediatrics, sports, and women’s health, combining academic learning with intensive hands-on training in skill laboratories and clinical settings. Through clinical placements in hospitals and rehabilitation centres, community rehabilitation activities, and industry based practical training, students develop professional, technical, and interpersonal skills necessary to support individuals affected by injury, illness, or disability. Emphasising clinical excellence, evidence based practice, and professional standards, the programme prepares graduates for rewarding careers in physiotherapy or further advancement in specialised rehabilitation and healthcare fields.
