The Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Graphic Design (Advertising) is a comprehensive three-year programme designed to equip students with strong creative and technical skills in visual communication, preparing them for careers in advertising, branding, and digital media industries or progression into advanced creative studies. The programme covers essential areas such as design principles, typography, branding, advertising campaigns, digital media design, and user experience concepts, combining theoretical learning with hands-on creative projects and portfolio development. Entry Requirement

  • A pass in STPM with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any 2 subjects or its equivalent.

  • A pass in A-Level with a minimum of Grade D in any 2 subjects.

  • A Certificate in Matriculation or Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 or its equivalent.

  • A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 or its equivalent.
  • A pass in Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM) / Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM) in suitable fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 subjected to University's approval.
  • A pass in DKM/DLKM /DVM with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 with at least 2 years working experience in a related discipline.

  • Pass an interview OR submission of portfolio determined by the University as required.
  • A pass in STAM with a minimum grade of Jayyid, or its equivalent.
  • Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government, acceptable to the University.
