Entry Requirement

Pass SPM with at least credit in any 3 subjects and pass in English

Pass in O-levels with at least grade C in any 3 subjects and in English.

Pass SKM Level 3 in a related field and pass in SPM with at least credit in one subject at SPM/equivalent
Any qualifications equivalent to Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a relevant field with at least a CGPA of 2.00.

Pass in STPM with at least grade C (GPA 2.00) in one subject subject.

Pass with at least grade B in any 3 subjects and pass in English

Admission to the Bachelor of Pharmacy programme is subject to meeting the Minimum Entry Requirements at the SPM level as set by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
Pass in STAM with a minimum grade of Maqbul
