The Bachelor of Engineering (Environmental Engineering)(Honours) at Curtin Malaysia prepares students to protect and manage natural resources, focusing on water treatment, wastewater management, solid and hazardous waste, and environmental monitoring. Graduates play key roles in environmental impact assessments, air pollution prevention, soil erosion control, noise management, recycling systems, and oil spill recovery. The programme develops practical skills for consulting, project management, and sustainable resource management. In the first year, students study core engineering subjects alongside other disciplines, including physics, chemistry, and mathematics, building a strong foundation for specialised learning. Graduates are equipped for careers addressing Malaysia??s and the world??s environmental challenges.

Entry Requirement

  • Minimum 2 grade B (GPA 3.0) and 1 grade C+ (GPA 2.33) in any 3 subjects
