The Bachelor of Management and Human Resource Management at Curtin Malaysia equips students with the skills needed for careers in management or human resource management. The Management major focuses on challenges facing managers, including people-organisation relationships, performance, change, innovation, and technology. The Human Resource Management major covers staff selection, promotion, learning and development, and remuneration, preparing students to build capable, committed workforces in a global business environment. In the first year, all students complete common core units that introduce various aspects of business, providing a broad foundation. Students choose their single or combined major in the second semester, ensuring informed decisions aligned with their career goals.

Entry Requirement
