Entry Requirement

  • Successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field or related fields with first-class honours (CGPA 3.67 or higher) or its equivalent from an academic or Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programme. Candidates currently registered in a Master’s Degree programme may apply to convert to the Doctoral Degree programme within 1 year for full-time or 2 years for part-time, subject to demonstrated competency in conducting Doctoral-level research through rigorous internal evaluation by the HEP and approval by the HEP Senate.

  • Other qualifications equivalent to a Master’s degree (level 7, MQF) recognized by the Malaysian Governement.
