Entry Requirement

Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF) in the relevant field or related fields with first-class honours (CGPA 3.67 or higher) or its equivalent from an academic or TVET programme. Candidates currently registered for a Master’s degree programme may apply to convert to the Doctoral degree programme within 1 year for full-time and within 2 years for part-time, subject to: demonstrated competency and capability in conducting research at Doctoral level through rigorous internal evaluation by the HEP
and approval by the HEP Senate.
