Entry Requirement

Minimum grade C (GPA 2.00) in 3 subjects at STPM level.

Minimum of Grade D (CGPA 2.00) in 3 subjects at A Level, including Mathematics.

For senior middle three (SM3) only, Minimum 5 credits (5Bs) including Mathematics, English and Bahasa Melayu.

Minimum CGPA of 2.50 in Matriculation in a related field.

Successful completion of Foundation in a related field with minimum CGPA of 2.50.

Successful completion of a Diploma or equivalent in a related area (Level 4, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.67
or a Diploma in Quantity Surveying with a minimum CGPA of 2.67.

Minimum average of 70% in six (6) subjects, including Mathematics.

Other equivalent qualification approved by the SENATE and the Government of Malaysia
