Description

The Diploma in Quantity Surveying prepares learners to adopt a range of skills that are essential for many industries in which a Quantity Surveyor is needed. Its primary objectives are to develop distinctive expertise in measurement, costing, construction technology, construction economics, and legal knowledge that falls under the jurisprudence of this profession. Students will study about the future direction in construction and the property industry. Students will be trained to have an affluent level of skills which are necessary to step into the workforce, as this programme equips them with the fundamental knowledge and skills in quantity surveying practices.

Entry Requirement

  • Pass with minimum of 3 credits including Mathematics

  • Pass with minimum of 3 credits including Mathematics

  • Successful completion of a relevant Certificate/SKM programme (Level 3) in a relevant field with minimum CGPA 2.00.

  • For senior middle three (SM3) only, Minimum 3 credits (3Bs) including Mathematics

  • Minimum CGPA of 2.00.

  • Successful completion of a relevant Foundation/Pre-University programme with minimum CGPA of 2.00.

  • Minimum average of 50% in six (6) subjects, including Mathematics.

  • Minimum Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER) / UAI average of 50% in five (5) subjects, including Mathematics.

  • Other equivalent qualification approved by the Government of Malaysia
