The Doctor of Philosophy (Online / Open & Distance Learning – ODL) at HELP University is a research-intensive doctoral programme designed to prepare candidates for careers as independent researchers, academics and leaders across business, management and related disciplines. Delivered through flexible online and distance learning supported by supervised research, the programme combines structured coursework with advanced research methodology, culminating in the development, submission and oral defence of a substantial 70,000-word thesis that contributes original knowledge to the field. Accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency and anchored in HELP’s ELM (Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Management) Graduate School philosophy, the programme allows experienced professionals and scholars to pursue their doctoral studies while balancing work and personal commitments.
