1. Security – It is our utmost priority to ensure safety is well regarded for when looking for the hostel of your choice. Most of our partner premises offers 3 tiers security system (Security at the entrance guard post, access card security at the lobby entrance and access card security at the lift)
2. Community – ‘Birds of a feather flock together‘ and that’s how we identify suitable areas for our students. Community plays a part in a student’s lifestyle and for that very reason, our recommended locations are student friendly and will be based on your preference and interest.
3. Amenities – We know what matters to a student which is why all our hostel options comes along with ‘Convenience’. All your daily needs will be within walking distance in a vibrant township. 
4. Facilities  –  What is life being a student if all you do is study and not have fun? We believe that a healthy mind comes hand in hand with a healthy body so we always emphasizes on a providing facilities for physical activities such as basketball court, swimming pool, gymnasium, park or more.
